Yin Fei Consulting was founded by Yin Fei, an experienced former restaurant operator with more than a decade of hands-on hospitality experience.
That experience includes helping build and operate Chop Chop, named Best Chinese Restaurant in Scotland on Gordon Ramsay’s The F-Word. It is a perspective built in the real conditions of a restaurant: tight margins, busy teams, changing customers and a service that still has to happen tonight.
The consultancy exists to help independent owners make sense of those pressures. The work is honest, collaborative and focused on changes that improve performance without losing the character that makes an independent restaurant worth visiting.
