Yin Fei’s experience includes building Chop Chop in Edinburgh’s Haymarket, leading front of house and being featured on Gordon Ramsay’s The F Word.
That restaurant was voted Best Chinese Restaurant in Scotland. The work also earned multiple Tsingtao Legacy of Taste Awards and multiple AA Rosettes.
